For those of you that do not know what an Affiliate is, basically persons (Affiliates) can sign up with us and we give that person (Affiliate) a special link that is connected to our website, all the person (Affiliate) has to do then is advertise the special link and receive commissions from us for every sale they make.

Unfortunately, it is the unpleasant, but inevitable side of affiliate marketing that from time to time we get some bad affiliates, some that use unfair promotion methods like spamming. Whether this be unsolicited commercial e-mail, unauthorized newsgroups, or chat room postings. Although we are able to track some of the things the affiliate of ours is doing, we are not able to track everything that particular affiliate is doing to advertise there affiliate link.

Handling Complaints / Penalties for Affiliates:

What do we do to the affiliate if they are caught spamming? Firstly, we ban that affiliate from participating any further in our affiliate program. Any commissions that affiliate has generated will be erased, so they cannot benefit in any way from the spam advertising they did. We also file a complaint with Click2Sell.eu to have this affiliate banned from the whole Click2Sell.eu network. Also, as the affiliate is required to be a PayPal member to use our affiliate program, we now also file a complaint against the affiliate via PayPal too, this way the offending affiliate faces losing there PayPal account.

What to report to us / How your report helps:

Catching the spamming affiliate can be tricky, so this is where we need help. Please give us any details you can about any spam e-mail or other spam advertising that you have seen or received that is directing to this website. Forward any information or spam e-mails directly to us at antispam@instantonlinesuccess.com. The information you give us will contain this persons affiliate link so then we scan that link to find out which affiliate it is using spam and ban him/her. In this way the main culprit will be neutralised.
